"Every time the topic of Wilson dental comes up between myself and friends, family, or even acquaintances I hear remarks that are totally out of line with my experiences at Wilson dental. My experience has been that all the doctors and assistance are kind, attentive, respectful, and thorough. My oral surgeon there, in fact has multiple times gone WELL above and beyond what I would consider to be FANTASTIC service. I had to have my wisdom teeth extracted while the majority of them hadn't even come to the surface in my mouth yet. At the time I was going to get a local anesthetic but I was extremely dehydrated and therefore my veins were microscopic. This man spent the better part of an hour looking for and coaxing a decent vein in which to put the IV. Also, he didn't get a thing by poking me 50 times. I had told him after a short while to just do the surgery with me awake and that it would be fine but he insisted that he could get me all taken care of so that I would be asleep for the procedure and not have to deal with any bit of discomfort. I really think people should give Wilson dental and honest chance, while treating the staff there as they would like to be treated, and they will have as good of an experience there as I have. Yes I know it's not in the best neighborhood, so what. Yes I know what type of people some of the clientele may be, so what. It has nothing to do with the people that work there who are dedicated to making your experience as good as possible"

"if i could give a negative number i absolutely would. Ive been going there for almost 2 years now. the doctor is extremely rude, ended up yelling at me for my brackets not staying on bc of my crossbite. but he has yet to try and help me fix that as my turbos have worn down. i tried talking to them about fixing my turbos because of this and they said that couldn’t do it now without a reasoning. it wouldn’t have taken long. doctor yelled at me and was unapologetic. (i’m just a 17 year old girl trying to get through. i was not being rude, i was being polite and understanding until he yelled at me. and still after that i was being nice! i was trying not to cry if anything.). the last time my bracket broke was because of SOFT chocolate and he exclaimed “it clearly wasn’t soft enough!”. I had it practically melting. brackets shouldn’t fall off that easily, that’s not my fault their work isn’t good. the service there is terrible, they are extremely rude. there’s always someone yelling, which is insanity. the doc is very rude, and i am finding someone else to go to. this was my last straw. he is unapologetic and extremely rude. as i was going through other reviews, i saw that someone said we are “just another number” to them. that is more than correct. Wilson Dental is a disgusting place, and the people working there are rude and patients don’t like them for that exact reason."

"From them not knowing how to schedule appointments and lack of professionalism..Not sure what to say that is good. Receptionist either cancels appointments or the receptionist doesn't know how to input data. If you consider coming here make sure to record interactions PRIOR to entering to safeguard yourself. I did (third time)...and guess what happened?? the receptionist new how to schedule appointments (took her awhile, she seemed confused, she even asked for help from her coworker..FINALLY, she should've asked in first place). Edit: Be wary. They were supposed to extract ONE tooth and do filling in one tooth. Instead they took out THREE teeth in left."

"If I could leave negative I would! I am wringing to let all parents know that this company and its customer service is horrible. I have scheduled my daughter two appointments, took off from work and each time they have been canceled because the provider wants to leave early! This is so unacceptable as people have to work and it takes a lot for me to get off from work and for this to not happen once but twice is ridiculous. On top of that my daughter needs to have her tooth looked at and each time they cancel it is pushed back a month or so! I see why the reviews are horrible, I can only imagine the workers in person. I will not be taking my daughter to such a horrible establishment, this was a blessing in disguise!! Please go somewhere else and save yourself the headache!"

"Went in for wisdom teeth removal and everything was going good but once the surgery was done, they basically kick you out. They don’t explain the procedure just the side effects, didn’t discuss medication, after care after the surgery, no mention of a follow up appointment. Google was more helpful than the staff. The girl that gave me my discharge paper had the worse attitude and it was like you couldn’t even ask her a question because she thinks you should know. We come to you because you studied to be a dental hygienist, so be good one and loose the attitude."
