"The initial phone call I made to this company was incredibly unprofessional. The woman I spoke with was rude and short with me. I was confused and trying to ask a question and literally received the response of it's not confusing. She also continually talked over me while I was trying to ask the question to the point where I actually ended up yelling back at her to stop talking and let me finish the question. This was after I had politely asked her 3-4 times to please let me finish speaking. She then promptly hung up on me. Now yelling back in this scenario certainly wasn't the correct response, it only came about due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the receptionist I was speaking with. This is a person who works in a patient facing position. She should definitely be better trained in dealing with people. Especially since by her own admission she has worked here for 18 years."

"Called here this morning after a long week of pain and discomfort. The receptionist said they were booked and didn’t have anything available until august 25. I told her about the pain and infection I had she went and talked to the doctor and came back on the phone and told me to come right in but it will be a bit of a wait due to a full schedule. I went there checked in every one there was so caring. There was no wait. I went right back and they did an x-ray and the Dr. came in and said you are not going another day with this tooth. I was in and out in less than a half hour. It was a painless process. I never felt a thing not even the nova Cain needle. I can’t thank this office enough for their compassion.
