"Female here, I explain I want a short haircut and show a picture. Eddie gives me a shortened version of my previous haircut rather than the one I show without telling me what is happening. I felt deceived, angry, and confused. I directly communicate this is not what I want. He asks to see the picture again to finally give me the haircut I asked for. We go over the 30 minute time slot for the haircut and his tone shifts to passive aggression. We do manage to come to a consensus. Honest, assertive communication and time management is appreciated."

I have a hyper 5 year old who is not very trusting with barbers and immediately when he sat in his chair Eddie acknowledged him like an adult and my son immediately felt comfortable and trusting. So much that he fell asleep. I highly recommend for adult and kids hair cuts. Especially because appointments are managed through an app and you don’t have to wait for a barber to pencil you in. We were very happy with the service and most of all with the cut. We were extremely satisfied."
