"I went in for a wash and set on my natural hair and got only a wash and lightly blown out hair, followed by flat ironing, which was not good enough. My natural hair remained frizzy and was hardly straight, which was the point of the style. When it came time to pay, the owner claimed that she gave me a silk press. Huh?? Not only did I not ask for that but there’s no way on Earth, Mars, Jupiter or Saturn that my hair was silk pressed. She never utilized the silk Saran Wrap (a crucial step in the silk press process) but insisted that I received a silk press. I’ve never returned and never will."

"This experience was by far the worst I've ever had. My mother and I visited for wash and set and a perm upon getting there the owner was not present but facetimed an employee so she could see the length of my hair, according to her she must do a deep condition after she perms and that the price would be $55 which I agreed to. She began to perm my hair when her make friend entered the store and from that moment on she was extremely distrated and all she did was talk my hair was not permed properly, her sink was in shambles and completely soaked me, she didn't even have the appropriate rollers for the length of my hair and her make friends were standing over talking about how he shot up some store like that was something to be discussed openly much less in front of a new customer. My hair took forever to dry because the rollers were too small, my hair was completely dried out despite the so called deep condition because the dryer was too high, she put too much oil in my hair so it fell absolutely limp. For the money she is charging she needs to do better, I will never ever ever ever ever again go to that salon waste of money and time."
