"Absolutely horrible service I’ve been going to them for over 4 years now I usually go to the same guy but I seem to always forget his name so when I made appointment for today I assumed he’d be here but unfortunately wasn’t and was greated by a tubby half bald guy who was incredibly rude never have I experienced that at a salon he told me he could do my hair then proceeded to scream at me no I will not do it making me very uncomfortable until I just walked out. Never in a little over 4 years of dying my hair there have I experienced that. They’ve lost a loyal customer."

"I honestly don’t have any words, I’m going to let the pictures speak for themselves. The only problem is not the horrible, yellowish color (which btw has nothing to do with my keratin treatment, these pictures were taken as my keratin was being done not after) the main issue is how thick and uneven the highlights are. Not going back. They were not even apologetic about it. By no means this is a color design , this is hair butchering at its finest. Thick horrible strands."
