"I made appointments in 2019 for 2021! I paid the small fee (maybe $5 or so, I don't remember) for the appointment slot. Now that 2021 is here, I cannot get a response from this salon, regarding my appointments. I understand that COVID has changed everything, but I either need my deposits back or need to be able to see when my appointments are scheduled for. I've tried emailing and calling, to no avail. I'd really like to keep my appointments. I would love to experience Gillian's magic, but this is crazy!"
