"Strange haircut experience. The appointment felt rushed. The hair wash was quick and uncomfortable. My hair dresser assessed my hair and listened to my goals, and the haircut I got was good. After my haircut, however, they left my hair totally wet, offering only that I sit under the heat dome intended for hair dying for a few minutes. I hadn’t asked for a blowout, but I’ve never had a salon let me leave with soaking wet hair before, especially in winter. It also meant I wasn’t able to see how the haircut looked on me until after I had left and paid. The whole appointment was about 25 minutes and cost $80."
