"The pharmacy is never open. Not open before work. Not open after work. Not open at lunch. I have to go at odd times in the day. And now they’re closing the drive through because they don’t have enough employees. Phone system is also horrific. Pro tip: select “I’m a doctor” to talk to a human. There is no other way to get to a real person. If I wasn’t forced to use CVS by my Aetna insurance I would change pharmacies in a heartbeat."

"The pharmacy is never open. If I try and go before work? Closed. If I try and go on my lunch break? Also closed. If I leave right at six and drive like a maniac I can get there before they close, but just barely. So I can't go before work, during work, or after work. I wouldn't be using these clowns at all if I wasn't forced to by Aetna insurance. Not only that, but they have an automated system that CALLS when prescriptions are refilled. I cannot state how much I do not want to be called. They also have a text system instead, but it keeps getting turned off and the calls turned back on. The text system also sends a bunch of ads and spam instead of just reminders. Wallgreens is a much better experience, I really wish I could go back to them."

"This pharmacy has always been under staffed and have long wait times at the pharmacy. The employees are either over worked or have very low morale. I will recommend finding some other pharmacy if you really want efficient and professional service."

"The store is interesting and fun to look around in. It is easy to find what you want and most importantly the pharmacy staff is kind, patient, and goes the extra mile to help. I am on a diabetic medication that is difficult to get right now. They start looking for it way out before I am due to get it filled so it will be ready for me when I need it. Not only that, they get my 3 month prescription so I only don’t have to be concerned about running out. What a profound relief!"

"If you need to deal with the pharmacy DON’T call. Go inside the store if you can. I was on the phone with them for 7 minutes for a prescription and the call dropped. I called back and have now been on hold for over 30 minutes. Unacceptable. Update: When I finally got someone on the phone, Howard, it was a pleasant experience. I understand it’s not his fault but this CVS should have more staff during the evening shift."
