"Please save yourself the time and effort and go to any other pharmacy location, even if it's a little out of your way. I went to pick up a prescription that was ready because I received a text saying it was ready. There was only one car in the drive-thru, so I pulled behind them and waited. No one came to the window to help the car in front of me for 10 minutes, and then the person in the car started pressing the button and tapping the window with a wrench. Still not response. At that point, they were probably tired of waiting so they left. I was not going to waste my time - I pulled up to the window, pressed the button twice, and not ONE person turned around to see if there was anyone at the window. There were customers inside, but not that many people that the employees should be completely ignoring the drive-thru. I got out of my car, got real close to the window, and stared until an employee turned around (see picture below). I guess I gave her a jump-scare because she was clutching her pearls for a few minutes. She came to the window and gave me attitude saying "we are really busy, we will get you when we get to you." I told her I am here to pick up my prescription and that it would be quick because it's already ready. She said "I already told you we are busy and you will have to wait, you can come inside if you want." What is the point in having a drive-thru if you are just going to ignore whoever pulls up? At that point, just put a sign saying that the drive-thru is closed so people don't waste their time. Luckily, another employee who was very nice opened the window and helped me and within 1 minute I was one my way home with my prescription. I should have known that this location was going to bungle a simple prescription pick-up because the other reviews are absolutely horrible. Anyways, thank you to that one employee who helped me, and to that other employee who caught an attitude because she got caught doing a bad job, I hope the rubber linings on your windshield wipers stop working."
"Fill your prescription anywhere but any CVS. Read all the low scoring reviews. They are all 100% accurate. CVS is beyond horrendous. This location will not pick up the phone."
"Wow. What a lousy experience today at this pharmacy on Wednesday from 445pm to 540pm. Left work early to pick up two orders called in by my doctor from a 2pm appointment which were to be filled at 501pm (yes I received a text stating 501pm!). I arrived around 445pm speaking with the person at the pharmacy register right away since there was only one person in front of me. The cashier first told me that one RX hadn't finished yet and would take 15 minutes. The other couldn't be filled by my medical insurance. I asked if my doctor had called it in why isn't it filled or in the process of being filled. She goes off to find help. As she is walking off I ask about OTC options. A few minutes later she comes back and states again that the one RX will take 15 minutes and the other couldn't be filled - I ask the exact same question again why isn't it filled per the doctor or a recommendation given on an OTC alternative. Someone from back comes out and asks if I would be interested in the OTC, I said yes since the doctor prescribed an allergy nasal spray. She shows me the options. I told the cashier I would wait for the other one to be finished. I sit in a chair facing toward the pharmacy waiting to be called which is just 15 feet away from both registers and gives me a birds' eye view of the monstrosity of CVS storefront pharmacy delivery services.... 20 minutes pass and I'm witnessing two things very clearly. There are alot of people coming in and the older cashier is just not getting any semblance of efficiency and the people are stacking up - I can taste the utter impatience in the air. She keeps asking the one customer the same things, pulls one of two bags but never checks to see if the second order is in the bag she already pulled and proceeds to search the back for over 10 minutes+ looking for the second prescription. The woman waiting for her pickup repeats at least five times "I need to pickup for two people" and the cashier seems none the wiser. At the end after 20 minutes plus (the line must be 15 or more deep at this point) the cashier now realizes there is another prescription and CANNOT FIND IT either. Finally, the one who helped me with my OTC find finally comes to take the other register and seems a relative superstar and quickly takes on and cashes out two customers. I now have been waiting for nearly 45 minutes and I chime in to ask why no one has called my name when I was told it would take 15 minutes. The superstar takes my name and birthdate and says, "here it is" and completes my payout in two minutes. Thankfully the guy I "jump" in front of saw me sitting in the chair when he came in at least 25 minutes after I had already been in line. CVS you should be ashamed of yourselves. You have a CF of a checkout, take-in, order stacking / prep, and so forth setup. The Six Sigma gods must have created 100s of SNL commercials using your delivery to make fun of. I can only say, BUH-BYE. I will no longer be giving your pharmacy as my preferred non-home order preference with my doctors. I am not going through that again. You don't deserve my business. If I was an employee there I would make sure that whole place took a full day off to clean up its setup so that things could work alot more efficiently. I am not going to pay the price for the lack of it. Good bye."
"Pharmacy is incredibly slow and has actually refused to fill prescriptions written by my Dr. and approved by insurance. Frequently out of stock of meds. Plus, they advertise walk in vaccines but won’t actually do a walk in COVID vaccine- worse because I scheduled an appointment online but they couldn’t process/see it in their system."
"This CVS Pharmacy is within walking distance of my home, but I don't believe I'll be coming back after my latest visit. I went there Saturday to have a prescription filled and was told my physician hadn't called it in. I called the physician on Monday and was told they called it in already, but will do so again. This was the second time this has happened now, but I wasn't sure who was at fault because there was no way to verify. I went down to CVS Tuesday and was told the physician didn't call it in again, and they were waiting for the approval of some doctor who wasn't my doctor, nor worked at the practice that called in the prescription. I immediately called the doctor's office and reception stated they had in fact, submitted the request again. The receptionist asked to speak with the pharmacist who declined to speak with the doctor's office. At this point, the pharmacist has told me three different stories why they didn't have my prescription. The doctor's office called the prescription in at Brier Creek CVS in Target and I was down there and had it picked up within 25 minutes. I no longer trust CVS at TW Alexander Dr. with my medicine or my business."
