"Absolutely horrible experience here. We went in (party of 4) and even though there was hardly anyone in there, we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. That’s perfectly fine; we figured they must be short-staffed. We sat down and went ahead and gave our order to the waitress. 50 minutes later, our food had still not arrived (we still had a 1.5 hour drive home), so we asked our waitress if she had an idea of when it would be ready. Then she got an attitude and told us she would check. She came back and told us they were short-staffed in the kitchen and that the average time people were having to wait for food is about an hour and 15 minutes or more and that there were still six tables ahead of us waiting for their food, then asked if she wanted us to get the manager, like that was supposed our food come faster? She just walked off and it was about five more minutes and we still hadn’t seen her again, so we just left. No apologies, nothing. This is something that needs to be communicated to customers upon their arrival bc the majority of people may not wait to wait well over an hour for their food. I have never had a bad experience at a Cracker Barrel until tonight. Do better. Communication is always key."

"Had a good breakfast. The food was Luke warm when I got it. The Server Mark was kind and polite. Gravy was cols. By the look in the picture, you can tell it did not have a creamy texture. Some young lady from the Kitchen brought my plate to me. Not personable at all."

"I ordered the Turkey Thanksgiving meal but got this instead. I checked in online and with a person as soon as I arrived. I was in line for over 1 hour before the ‘server’ went to look for my order. I was given cold food which I’m pretty sure is a health code violation. The manager replaced it with this without asking me what I wanted. I know I’m black but I don’t eat okra. I wasted 2 hours of my day for this."

"Catered my company’s Thanksgiving dinner and the food was on point. Turkey was moist and perfectly prepared, the sweet potato casserole was amazing, not to mention the fresh cranberry relish, pumpkin pies, and all the rest. Did I mention it’s affordable? And the staff at the Morrisville location were easy to work with, friendly, and went out of their way to get everything done on time. Highly recommended!"

"Food and service was good. Told 25 minute wait - took 1 hour. Took another hour for food. Total time over 2.5 hours. Do not come unless you have plenty of time to kill."
