"I got my wisdom tooth extracted and the procedure went smoothly. Dr. Ho talked me through it the whole time and addressed my concerns. There was a piece of tooth that was left behind because it broke off but Dr. Ho assured me it was fine. But after some thinking I came back and extracted that small piece."

"As a long-time patient of Dr. Ho’s, I have seen him over the years for many different procedures. I think he is very meticulous and thorough when it comes to my annual check-up and fillings, but recently I came in for a wisdom tooth extraction that left me less than satisfied. While the whole extraction was done speedily and efficiently, I noticed that after the procedure, he did not check up on the state of my gums and instead kicked me out after five minutes. He also neglected to prescribe me any antibiotics, which I feel is borderline medically negligent. I returned less than a week because I was still experiencing pain and bleeding gums but he did not even physically check my mouth. He had an assistant take X-rays and assessed me with those instead, which I found unprofessional. While he did listen to listen to my concerns, I did not feel he took me seriously. Instead, he just asked me if I wanted any other medications. I understand he is very busy and booked with many other patients, but I think this is affecting his performance as a competent dentist. Hopefully he can take this review seriously, unlike with my most recent visit, and improve on his patient care."

"I don’t usually do reviews but Dr. Ho definitely deserves some recognition. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients. He made sure I was okay and comfortable throughout my wisdom tooth removal procedure. This was my very first wisdom tooth removal and I am deathly afraid of dental procedures but Dr. Ho made it super quick and painless and even followed up after to make sure I was okay! Will definitely come back if I ever need to remove another tooth (I hope not…). Thanks Dr. Ho!!"

"My appointment with my regular dentist got cancelled on the day, and I had to look for alternatives as I was going out of state in a few days time. After scouring tens of different dentistries I came across Jane Yang Dental where I was lucky enough to fill in a cancelled appointment the next day. I'd never been to this office before, and so I didn't know what to expect. However, as soon as I walked in I had a very warm welcome by Dr Ho (I thought the man was a receptionist at first). I had a positive experience throughout my visit. Not to mention the fast and coordinated service all of the workers provided, from filling out the form and x-rays to the actual procedure. I feel very lucky to have found my new regular dentist!"
