"Amazing food at a really reasonable price (as tourists). We had the noodles with cumin lamb, crispy pork burger, chicken fried dumplings and spring rolls and loved everything"
"Count me a fan! We got a bowl full of 12 generous dumplings, and 2 giant noodle bowls (in real ceramic bowls!) - all for a very reasonable $40 after tax. Order and pickup food yourself at counter with chopsticks and plastic utensils available. The inside is very clean and plenty of tables and chairs. Really appreciated that there was no loud music at all, actually incredibly quiet. The staff were friendly, food was ready in minutes, and most importantly it all tasted great! Only small company is that they don't have a menu on the front window so you have to walk far inside to see the options (many) and prices (very reasonable). We'll definitely be back!"
"We enjoyed a bowl of the diao diao noodles and a side of the shredded potatoes salad. The diao diao was just enough for two to share for a light lunch. It has 3 toppings: what seems like tomato and egg mixture, a pork and mushroom mixture and the third was a sort of black bean meaty mixture. The potatoes had a nice mix of vinegar and chili, with some sliced chili peppers mixed in. Unfortunately, like others, they don't offer water, so you have to buy. Other than that it was nice place to get fresh Chinese food near the touristy places."
"Bites of Xian specializes in hand pulled noodles. I can't exactly remember the names of what we ordered, but I had the basic beef noodles, and my friend had a bowl of cold-style noodles. The noodles were chewy and delicious, while the broth was hot and spicy! We also had the crunchy burger and 6pc dumpling, both of which were great. Prices for most meals were quite reasonable, around $12-15 for a main. There is a self order kiosk near the cashier. The dining area is not particularly inviting; I thought it was a bit dreary. However, this should not detract from the tasty noodles served here!"
"I’m so glad I randomly walked by this place! I got the crispy pork dumplings and a crispy beef burger, cost like $12 and they were super good! The crispy dumplings were perfectly cooked and the burger is made on a flattened crispy roll thing. This place was amazing-they even make hand drawn noodles here which looked amazing. Absolutely worth coming to"
