"I’ve been calling for the past 3 hours and I keep getting a dialtone. I’m not able to get anyone on the phone. It’s very frustrating as far as the experience goes. The people are great but the fact that I’m not able to reach anyone is even more frustrating. I shouldn’t have to drive there to get this information through to someone I’ve been calling because During my sons visit they sent him some medication but it still needs insurance approval and I live on a fixed income so it’s not always easy for me to just go when somebody doesn’t follow through. They need to do a better way of answering the phone calls there shouldn’t be a reason why I haven’t been able to get through for the past 3 hours."

"First off the doctors/ residents/PAs/nursing staff and front desk are all very kind and try to be as helpful as possible. The problem is the outsourcing appointment line and billing department....If you call to cancel They won't cancel your appointment. Then call you to confirm this canceled appointment. When you inform them that you called last week they will say there is no record of this and bully you with threats of 50 dollar cancelation fee if you don't come. Their billing department is outsourced and makes multiple mistakes on the cpt codes they bill to your insurance. It is also impossible to get ahold of the outsourced billing department. Beware to current patients if you leave a bad review they will drop you as a patient."

"Edit to add: After writing this review of my terrible experience, i received a bill for $50 for a "NO SHOW". At my sons last Appointment, months ago when this office tried to reschedule my son once again ( & for the last time) i let this office in Fayetteville know to cancel any future appointments as my son would no longer be coming here and i would be looking for another provider. The 2 ladies at the front desk agreed to cancel. They also put me on the phone with another employee while i was standing in their office and i let her know as well. They obviously didnt follow thru with what they were supposed to do so this Office wants to charge me $50???? Make it make sense. While Dr. Kaakar seems like a good doctor, unfortunately his office is very unprofessional. We drove the hour to Sanford multiple times just for them not to have the correct tools needed to do a procedure for my child, TWICE. The office staff for the most part are very nice but you can tell they are always overwhelmed. My son did a breathing test and the person who did it was very annoyed bc my son couldnt blow into the machine as long as she needed him to. I understand that it needs to be done a certain way but a little kindness and patience goes a long way. Went to the Fayetteville office to do an allergy test, my son had to be off of his much needed allergy meds for 5 days. When we arrived they had me fill out a form which is basically an estimate so it really isn't accurate. It asks you how often your child coughs, wakes up etc. A guessing game basically, and because my "guesses" were off by 2 points we were told that we needed to reschedule. This has happened to us multiple times for different reasons, Leading us to still have no answers. These offices definitely needs to get it together. I understand that times are tough and everyone is short staffed which is why i gave a little grace and even with multiple chances nothing changed. I will never return to this office. Fayetteville or Sanford bc they did not make my child's health a top priority in my opinion."

"After it taking nearly a year to arrange an appointment, I’ve had three of various kinds. Only one had less than a 25 minute wait. Just came from one where I had such a wait to see the intake person and never saw a doctor after waiting and hour and five minutes after my appointment time. The one visit where I didn’t have a wait was for testing. During that session, the practice manager (? who may also be the head doctor’s wife?) was heard yelling at office workers on the phone continually for about 10 minutes about some scheduling issue. It was super unprofessional. All this said, when I’ve actually met with staff and provider, the experience is very positive. There’s a lot of care and attention to detail from the people there. I’ll be happy to update this review when they can get their scheduling right."

"Very thorough, Dr. Kakar and his PA Randy are top notch. Front desk staff is friendly and responsive. I have been a nurse over 20 years and I definitely know when I have gotten great care, and I receive great care with each visit. Linda Long MA, BSN, RN."
