"The customer service in this place is awful. Appointments are constantly cancelled, no one picks up the phone. They are completely unprofessional and rude. Aside from the friendly and professional dentist and hygienist this place gets a -10 rating. Today no call, and I show up and no appt because their computers are down!!!!"

"The staff is absolutely miserable, yelling at patients as soon as they arrive if they filled out the forms online. Shocker, I did, but they continued to say I didn’t until they found it in their system. Waited over 30 minutes despite having an appointment, which resulted in me having to leave early and not get anything else done besides my x-rays. Later, I get a call saying they no longer accept my insurance and that I can’t come back. They didn’t bother to ask if I had another insurance or if I wanted to pay out of pocket—honestly a good thing, because I would never return with how nasty the receptionists are. Ironically, I kept getting spammed with emails, texts, and calls to return for my next appointment. Over the phone, I asked for my x-rays to be sent to my new dentist, but shocker! They didn’t. Terrible 0/10."

After a string of dentists who messed me up and just didnt care, they took the time to actually check everything out thoroughly, and come up with a plan to finally get me fixed. I walked out of there hopeful, and happy. Everyone who works there is great and go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of and comfortable. They truly made my experience the best ive had, and I cant wait for my next appointment."
