"Terrible representation! I went to shop with my family when we saw whom I assume is the store supervisor by the way she was speaking. She was yelling at whom I assume was a new employee. I felt so bad for her. If that’s how they treat their staff I can only imagine how they treat the client. This location needs better representation and coaching."
"My husband, his little brother (teenager) and I went in today because my husband wanted a new pair of shoes. Now the SA who helped was so,so sweet and I wish I could remember her name. Now the other employee which I assumed was a manager’s because she was dressed differently need to get her attitude checked. I completely understand that teenagers can be annoying in stores, and yes he was walking behind the register but what you aren’t going to do is talk to a kid like you have no sense and then side eye us the adults with him. If it hadn’t been for my husband I would have left since this store clearly doesn’t want customers."
"We went here today but we were on a budget so didn’t have enough money but we wanted to look around in footlocker and came in to see what they had so we could stop by next week because we all needed a new pairs of shoes and have been really wanting matching pairs of Jordan’s forever. We went in and looked around and when we were leaving the staff said that they should put up a sign telling people to don’t come if they aren’t buying anything in the rudest tone ever. Like….what is the purpose of being so rude?? Do people have to buy something in your store if they walk in? What if they don’t see anything they like? Absolutely no logic and definitely see people as their paychecks and not actual customers. Definitely not welcome there at all-please save your dignity and go to any other footlocker."
"all I can say it's that their customer service is terrible. These people do not have a piece of hospitality skills. The regional manager or general manager has to make sure to hire people with a little piece of emphaty. These workers are not polite. Don't smile at all. they don't really want to help you to buy your stuff.. This is not the first time I see people like that in a foot locker. I would ever ever come back to a foot locker location in my life. They need to do a full clean house to hire people who really like to help people to buy their stuff."
