"This place is horrible. Came from far away and brought in $1000s worth of name brand clothing, good quality denim, etc and barely had anything accepted. Meanwhile the girl told me they were looking for denim specifically and that’s why a lot of it got returned to me. Make it make sense. Just another place claiming to sell vintage and/or quality brands but instead are selling worn out, ugly clothing that’s simply OLD, forget vintage or trendy. This is just as bad as Plato’s Closet except actually worse because they are a bunch of wannabe hipsters with septum piercings and mullets. The store also smells gross. Save your time and energy."

"The people who work here are so nice. I have PTSD from selling stuff at Beacon’s in my 20s and my experience at OPC has been nothing been but pleasant since the week that it opened. Yes, the employees look cool and hip but they always greet you when you walk in, there’s never a wait to sell stuff, and they’re super patient and helpful. Seriously, I never post on this thing but the two people I interacted with today were so sweet, I felt like I needed to come on here show them a little appreciation!"

"I’ve had some great sales and finds at OPC but I’m disappointed in them for two reasons lately; they got rid of their plus-sized rack and they wouldn’t buy a genuine leather jacket that I had gotten there a month ago. On top of that I brought a nice winter jacket and a pair of leather boots that they also wouldn’t buy. I think the girl with the red hair was just in a bad mood. I’ve never not sold anything here and I’ve been going for two years."

"I didn’t realize that there are two OPC’s. This was my first time visiting this location and I had a great experience. It is smaller than the one in Brooklyn but has a similar style. I did notice that the brands here and types of cloth were slightly more expensive. I had a great time selling my items here as I did in the other location and would recommend people interested in selling to sell at OPC because their system is very transparent and you can be part of the selection and selling. They also have the option to donate your clothes if they did not select them."

"I was looking for a place to sell some of my used clothes that I no longer used. After getting lost one way or the other finally found the store which had not been in the section of Ridgewood. Totally surprised by their customer service greetings, explaining how they work in regards to buying our items. They were busy so I had to come back leaving the items so they will be able to price them. In which gave me an opportunity to walked by Myrtle Avenue, it’s been awhile since I’m being here. Lots of new places though. Time to go back and see what OPC has for me. Well definitely worth my time to come here, very pleased with their method of buying our clothes, as well as everyone that I spoke with, very friendly, customer service oriented. Highly recommend this place, I’m sure I will come back again. Store nicely merchandise beautiful displays as well."
