"Cashier was unprofessional and dishonest. My friend and I after paid she tend to forget an item that was already charged. The item was behind the glass screen at the counter, so we weren't supposed to reach it because it was a cash register area. I asked her to give the item to us and she acted like she gave all to us but didn't. I had to point out and told her that item was belong to us. I have no idea what wrong with her."

"They got rid of all of the huge clearance aisles and left one or two small racks worth and even the clearance items are relatively expensive. The clothing isn’t quality enough to justify the price."

"The cashier was very rude and disrespectful with me. 2 days ago I did a big shopping and I asked to the manager is something doesn’t fit me can I return ? He said yes!! So, I went there today because the hat for summer I bought has a hole in it!!! And I didn’t see it when I bought it. So, I wanted to do more shopping and I also return the hat for a new one! Nooooooo the cashier was very rude and said the merchandise here have discounts if you see a hole you can fix in your home! Why you have to bring it here! What!!!! I was like you’re very rude with me, I am the costumer and the manager told me I can return with no problems. After that she said bad words in Spanish and… she doesn’t know but I do speak 4 languages including Spanish! You’re losing one costumer right now!"

"This location definitely pales in comparison to the other locations I have shopped at. The design of the place is not cohesive and drains a shopper quickly. Ladies apparel is haphazardly placed about the store which makes it difficult to find things. The shoe department is in disarray and the shoe selection is not very good. The line to the register is one of those "trap" lines where you get caught up looking at the overpriced items conveniently placed on the shelves surrounding you. The prices were higher than other locations and the variety of merchandise was minimal. Staff was not too visible, the cashiers stayed busy."
