"I just visited this place for the first time today. I would have rated them 5 stars based on the hygienist Jihee alone, who was really awesomely thorough - unlike some other places that rush you through as fast as possible just to get as many patients in as possible... but I'm walking out feeling mad and cheated because i was misled into thinking they were in-network with my provider, MetLife only to be hit with an almost $30 copay for cleaningand xrays! The lady at the desk also acted very shifty - like she's done this bait and switch many times before. I ALWAYS ask if a Dr is in-network, and i was told this place was when i called. Given the fact i waited 10 minutes over my appointment time before being attended to, someone could have found the time to mention the copay because my insurance only covered 80%. So even though they are pretty good just on principle because i hate underhanded business practices, i will not be going back. Ps: this is not the first time I've used an out of network dentist. The other one came clean and openly said they are out of network but they were prepared to take only what the insurance offered and waive the copay. Now that's professional and honest. Learn from my mistake and always verify MULTIPLE times that your provider is in-network. Up until the last second."
