"Isn't it interesting that Zen responds to positive reviews but not the negative ones? For them it is a numbers game. I had been a patient of this practice for more than 20 years without a single complaint. Zen took over this practice in the fall of 2023. There was no email or notification that they were now in charge, no information about who the dentists are (I still don't know). I had a cleaning appointment confirmed both by phone and email the day before. After waiting 45 minutes after my appointment time, I was told it would be a longer wait but thet would not tell me how long. So I left. The office called back later in the day to reschedule and they had the nerve to lie to me that it was my misunderstanding as my appointment was later than I thought and I was there way too early. Not so--I forwarded their original confirmation email to Zen Westchester and explained how upset I was, but no response. Clearly this is now a practice that does not care about patients or their time; a practice that will lie to make themselves look even a tiny bit better. Zen is an ironic name for a practice that makes patients like me so upset"

"Hygienist was very gentle with the cleaning and took her time. Dentist was also very kind. 1 star less for having the X-ray device inserted 10-15 times in my mouth for I’m not sure what reason. That caused pain and light bleeding in the gums. Other than that great overall experience and quick service."
