"I'm a first time mom and this experience was truly horrible. She doesn't seem to care at all. Not particularly rude, but you can tell she doesn't even want to be there nor does she actually care or show interest in your child or the parent with questions. Focused on the computer more than half the time, trying to rush out of the room. I was left dumbfounded after I left. My next appointment was with David Coulter Kwee and it was MUCH better. He answered all of my questions with so much care. He truly took the time and I felt much better leaving the office. Don't let this one person discourage you from UNC in general, I haven't met the other providers but I'm sure there's better out there."
