"I called to schedule a time to get my personal and business taxes done and had to leave a message. I never got a return call. I had my taxes done elsewhere. I called back today to see if they could help with an additional form we needed to send to the IRS and asked how much it would cost. We were willing to pay for it. We wanted to try to give them business again because we live in Bessemer City. They asked if they did our taxes this year and I said no and told them I tried calling to get an appointment and didn’t get a call back and was rudely told we need to go to whoever did our taxes. I will never try to give them our business again. I tried twice. Not again."
