There are management overrides, amazing carriers, & fantastic people. Yes, you buy leads. No, there are no guarantees. You have to work and follow a proven system. You'll get out of it, what you put into it. Anybody else, saying anything else, is either pushing an agenda, or just doesn't understand the insurance business well. Check it out for yourself.
