"Food was overly salty. Maybe i got a nad batch? Not sure. But most Chipotles i go to are pretty consistent flavor wise. This place disappointed."

"Spent the last hour dealing with the worst service I’ve ever seen. They forgot to add all toppings on my meal, so 3 out of the 4 containers were empty. I came all the way back and asked them to remake it, but they ignored me. Spoke to the manager, and she just reheated it and handed it back. Then I unpacked it and laid it all out on the counter, and the best they could do was pack the toppings separately, some of which were still frozen."

"Lovely store. Great atmosphere. The food has its good and bad (salty) days. The teens they have working here needs proper training on how to offer customer service, especially the one on the register on Saturday mornings. I have yet to find a manager or supervisor on site. Chipotle higher ups please intervene."

"This location is in close proximity to school so I go there every now and then even though I’m about to stop completely! Every time I order a burrito I pay a different price! WHY!!!??????? same thing when I order a bowl as well. What is that about Greenwich Street chipotle!!??? And I must say every single time I go here the staff is unpleasant. Their face is always so miserable and unwelcoming. Also, they don’t greet their customers at all. They just stand there and stare at you until you say something. They also give you nasty looks. At first I didn’t really think anything of it . Maybe they’re tired or have something personal going on. But the repetitive ugly behavior is starting to feel personal as I receive the same experience from all the workers that have ever served me. They are also very slow even when the line is so long going through the door. And as you can see they are messy. Food presentation is really a 0. You guys should really train your staff ASAP too."
