Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Friendly customer service would be nice. Also when I’m ignored for the first few minutes that I’m standing at the counter when there’s no other customers there it’s pretty annoying. They should really be well-versed on the food they’re serving and when a customer asks if some thing is spicy and I’m told no and when I get it back to my destinations and take the first bite of my mouth is on fire and also the guacamole was full of stringy bits, which means the avocados would not ripe quite honestly it tasted terrible I just don’t understand that and whatever happened to service with a smile. I probably will not ever eat chipotle again, and I especially caution that you don’t go anytime after 8 o’clock to get your food."

"I didn't get a good first impression because the tables as well as the restroom were filthy, but the burritos were delicious and all they ingredients were super fresh."

"We had dinner and wanted to use the restroom at 8:15 pm, we asked the manager for the restroom passcode, she refused to give it to me and told that it was closed though the store hours are till 10pm. The manager was rude and yelling. Even she told us that there are specific hours for the restroom use and the hours are closed. They don’t care about the customers. Moreover, two of the associates used the restroom so basically it is for associates rather than customers."

"This is by far the WORST chipotle I have been to, not only is this place not kept clean but the workers are a poor excuse and a poor representation for chipotle. I went to get ONE chicken taco and was OVERCHARGED for chicken to be added to my taco. The man put 2 pieces of chicken and said “this is the serving size for tacos” which is not true. I then asked calmly to add more chicken but was told I had to pay EXTRA for chicken. I kid you not they added 6 pieces of chicken and charged me 4 extra dollars, I ended up paying $8 dollars for a regular skimpy $3.97 taco. The manager told CARLA who works at the register to make sure that she charges me extra for FOOD THAT SHOULDVE BEEN ADDED FROM THE BEGINNING!! I am sick of chipotle workers forcing customers to pay for a regular serving of food and I will not be returning. I have filed a report with chipotle customer service and my case is currently pending. 0/5!! I’ve added photos to PROVE how skimp my taco was and how they overcharged me."
