"This place is absolutely unprofessional. I waited today for an hour and a half for my daughter to be seen and she never got seen. I got up 3 times to see how much longer the wait would be, and they kept saying “just a few more minutes”. People were coming in after us and got seen before us. The people in the front desk are extremely rude and don’t know how to deal with customers/patients. If I could rate this place a negative 10, I would. I have never experienced pediatric service as bad as this in my entire life. The doctors here do NOT care about their patients. I would advice every parent out there to most definitely not bring their child to this pediatric because of the horrible service. They refused to have a room ready for my daughter, and this is not the first time this has happened. Every time I come here it is an extremely long wait. You sit in the waiting room for an hour and then go to the back and wait for another hour just for the doctor to even come in. And then they rush you through everything and don’t listen to the questions you have."

"My son had an 8’clock appointment this morning. We waited a whole hour and still didn’t get seen. The nurse didn’t come in the room checking on us nor did she explain why there was a long wait. She didn’t even notify us that the doctor wasn’t even in the building when she brought us to the back. The only reason why I knew Dr. Ali wasn’t in the building because I overheard the staff talking about texting/calling him to see where he’s at. I decided to leave and reschedule with another doctor later this afternoon because my son isn’t feeling well and was getting very irritable while waiting that long. Both of my children have been there before and we never had this problem, until they had to schedule my son with another doctor that I wasn’t familiar with. I was definitely not pleased this morning."

"They are so slow 2 hours wait to be seen and they always have issues with the computer."

"If you are 5 min late they want to reschedule you but let your ass be on time they will have you waiting 30 to 45 min in the waiting room til you get called to the back. They are always over booked with clients cause once you get called to the back it takes them 45 to 60 min before the doctor come in and see your child. Trust my 3 kids will be going to another pediatrics that honor a 10 to 15 min grace period and that will also honor their appointment times."
