"Been here for 3 and a half hours. We had a 1030 appointment for a major procedure and weren't seen by anyone until 12. I can understand that scheduling can be difficult so i can forgive that. However, there is no need to treat me like a plague bearer when i ask to check on my girlfriend who has been in the back for over an hour."
