"We had similar experiences to others that wrote reviews. Terrible customer service. Was only allowed to try on 2 dresses at a time. When my daughter wanted to try on the same dress in a different colour the rude owner said that she had tried on the same dress already and knew how it fit. I said we wanted to see the colour on her. He said she could hold it up to her skin. I made it clear that we would not be spending $400 on a dress that she didn’t try on. She tried it on, loved it and we bought it. The sales people are on top of you, following you around to make sure you know all their rules. No taking pictures, 2 dresses at a time, etc. when my daughter said she wanted to buy the dress I made her step out of the store to confirm she wanted it and just wasn’t being pressured into it. Once away from the sales staff, she confirmed she wanted it so we went back. Staff are terrible. Dresses were nice and a reasonable price. Most of our hockey team went elsewhere and paid more where they got much better service. Ultimately we left with a dress my daughter loved, but it is easy to get bullied and pressured once in the store."

"Ok, so I know a lot of the reviews on this store are negative, but I genuinely had an amazing experience today. The staff were kind, Julianna was very respectful and helpful. They can’t make it any easier. They have cheaper dresses for budgeting, and for the expensive dresses, you can pay in installments. Beautiful dresses. And many sizes! They go up to at least a 3xl that I heard. Very respectful of us bigger girlies. Would recommend!"

"Worst experience ever!!! Took my daughter to try on dresses for the first time. I was approached very abruptly by a young girl asking if I was going to buy any dresses today. We had to ask multiple times to try on a dress. Was told no pictures and only the man owner could zip up her dress incase the zipper broke. They insisted the dress my daughter wanted to try on would not fit her and he didn't want her to rip his dress. When we decided we were going to leave, he said she could try it on without zipping it. It ended up fitting her perfectly after being judged and made to feel self conscious. When she came out with it on and he could see that the dress was a perfect fit he took it upon himself to zip up her dress without any warning or permission. After alot more pressure and critiquing, my daughter left in tears. Please do not take your daughters here. The dresses are beautiful but the people are ruthless!!"

"This was the worst experience! I went in with my 13 yr old daughter after checking it out earlier in the day . The man(owner) talked on his phone the entire time not even acknowledging we were in the store. I was hesitant to go back with my daughter, but my daughter wanted to try dresses on! When she found a dress to try on we were told the dressing rooms were closed, to then be told she could try only 1 dress on at a time! After trying on a couple she wasn’t in love with any but decided she wanted her dad to see some of them on her before we bought one! The man(owner), who was rude from the get go, basically told me I was wasting his time and if I wasn’t going to buy anything now not to come back! I then told him I wouldn’t be back nor would the 8 other girls that are on her hockey team! He is in the wrong business!"

"If I could leave zero stars I would. Second visit to the store since they were closed our first visit on a Sunday afternoon. Already knowing the dress and the price my daughter would like for prom walked in and right to it. A young girl approached us and said you can't try that on because the manager isn't here. Not a hello how can I help you. I told her it was our second trip and a half hour drive and I called about tryimg this dress on. I asked when the manager will be in she said 8pm which was 3 hours later. I said I'm not coming back. She said to me well, are you buying it? I replied excuse me. She said are you buying it tonight. I said to my daughter I've never been treated so rude, I'm sorry you love this dress that's $690 but if the dress was $5 at this point they aren't getting that from me. Also another girl that worked there said well this dress is a small, it's a very small. my daughter is tiny she's 5ft and wears a juriors medium the dress looked like it would fit her fine. This isn't pretty woman on Hollywood Blvd!"
