"Had purchased clothing and a nose ring here with my girlfriend and I even asked the women working there who claimed she was the manager when checking out what is there return policy. She told me i can make an exchange not a return for cash. So anyways as soon as I got outside the store. I wanted to open and look at the nose ring and it was broken right out of the package. So no problem I had went back inside the store within 1 to 2 minutes, I explained to the same women it was broken and she said "She didn't break it so it is what it is! I said well I know I can't get my money back but can I try and get a none broken nose ring and she said no. My girlfriend was looking at the other nose rings to see if she can find another broken ring and the manager threatened us with calling security for stealing. I never felt so insulted. I told the women we are not stealing so I told her to call them please and she wouldn't. What a joke of a store. Just either don't shop here or check everything over really good before leaving and even with someone working there to prove you didn't break the item. Because they won't do anything to help you if it's damaged. I really don't see this store lasting long with how they treat the customers and lying about pricing."
