"Waited an hour and a half before leaving. This was a consult appointment, I arrived ahead of my scheduled time. Waiting room was mostly empty (two people when arrived, 2 more while waiting ) Never saw the dentist, so I cannot comment on him. No idea the reason for delay In terms of staff, there was one woman and male that seem friendly and competent. The others were frighteningly degrading and rude to a number of patients, including myself. I had filled out 5 pages of paperwork. One page has the typical three columns of yes/no check boxes for medical conditions. None applied to me, so I wrote "na" and asked if I could just draw an "x" to indicate in a visual second way that no, none applied. I was told yes. Apparently, that was a miscommunication and a hygienist there didn't like it. She ordered me to fill out another form and check the no box for all the columns. This page happened to be the one that has the most personal and extensive information written in. I would have been happy to circle the no column for each. But that apparently was unacceptable. I witnessed her and others being rude to other patients, speaking to them in a berating manner. It seems from first impressions, this practice doesn't rate patient care as a concern. If they are this unprofessional and dismissive with you out of the chair, imagine how it would be getting work done. No thanks. I have an appointment with another local practice that comes highly recommend. I chose this place due to location convenience. Bad care however is more of an inconvenience than traveling a bit further."

"I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I brought my 2 young boys (under 5) for their cleaning. We sat in the small, crowded, and grimy waiting room for over an hour and still hadn't been seen. When I asked when we might be called in, the receptionist told me there were still several people ahead of us, and she couldn't estimate how much longer we'd be waiting. She also told us that "they make us schedule appointments this way" - basically that their policy is to double book appointment slots. Completely unprofessional, lack of respect for patients. Also, the facility is dingy at best, gross old toys in waiting room that look like they're never cleaned. And a single rest room with a paper thin door (and no paper towels) is located right off the waiting room, which is pretty gross. The hygienist that cleaned my boys teeth on the first visit was kind and professional, and the dentist who checked on them was also kind, but rushed and uninterested. The only reason I chose this clinic for my boys was that is is one of ONLY 2 dentists who accept their Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield Child Health Plus dental insurance. Never again. I'd rather pay retail for their dental care than be treated like our time isn't valuable (and kept in the gross waiting room too)."

"I have had traumatic experiences in past.I love this office staff.Most importantly the Dentist are patient, personable and treat me with care and respect. I had an almost painless extraction of a tooth yesterday. I am still in shock at how easy and quickly it was done.I would recommend this facility to everyone! I've been a patient for over a year and vowed never to have a tooth extraction while being awake. I finally found a place to be comfortable and satisfying for my dental care."

"So I haven't been to a dental office in years but decided I should go, well so far my appt was for 1 it's now 1:30 the 2 girls at the front desk are extremely rude, they call you up but couldn't even say hello I asked one of she was having a bad because of rude she was being she turned around and asked me what my problem was. I said well I'm new here and as it states haven't been to a dentist in years so I'm nervous. I said have you heard of compassion before she told me to take a seat. Not a good start do far"

"The teeth cleaning was 15 minutes or less at best. Receptionist had a very bad attitude. The service overall was unprofessional. I will not recommend no one to visit this dental office. They screwed up my paperwork which caused a delay in scheduling another appointment. I am now presently with a qualified dental office. They should not be in business."
