"Had a wonderful experience the first time I went into this establishment. Had to go back a second time to get the filling refilled because it fell out within a month. Called to make another appointment for a cleaning and I was told that I would have to pay $50 to come back in. I personally will never go back to this establishment because I do not agree with them. I was out of town with no cell service at all answered their text as soon as I got home didn't get a confirmation saying your appointments Monday morning or whatever I tried to call Thursday and Friday with no response which I thought was very inconsiderate and now I have to pay $50 if I would like to go back into their office. They just told me today I never knew that their practice was that they don't send out confirmations or call you back they just expect you to show up to your appointment. Just as a heads up for anybody else dealing with this dentist facility. Either way it would have been nice to get a call back if somebody calls the polite thing to do is call back and let them know respond to your customers / clients needs. Not punish them. So if they send you out a text or call you you definitely have an appointment so show up. That would have been very nice to know when I first started going there"
