"Found out about this office through a newsletter. The staff is warm, understanding and friendly! They work with you and your budget (I'm a college student, so my first visit was very doable!) Lu took great care of me, it's been awhile since my last cleaning - we took breaks and she checked in constantly. "I have been a patient for only a few months, but made the switch due to issues with my prior dentist (long story!) - they have been so thorough and friendly in these first few visits, and throughout the procedure I needed (that my prior dentist did not complete) I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect. "As a decades long (pre Smiles...) client, who's had various kinds of treatments (crowns, veneers, as well as the regular maintenance,) I've had the experience of other dentists remarking on the quality of the work that Dr. Dunn has provided. I figure if other professionals in the business go out of their way to admire the work of another practitioner they don't even know, that work must be pretty good.
