"Wow. I signed up on line and got there 10 minutes early. The place was empty--no customers, no visible employees, no one. I sat there for 20 minutes (10 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment) and left. You'd think someone would have at least checked the online check-ins and had been out in the salon and available. BTW, while I was there, another man came in, sat for 5 minutes, saw what was going on, and left. Sorry, but this is no way to run a business."
