"The lady at the front desk is soooo VERY RUDE. She rarely EVER smiles, she frowns, and have such an attitude at times when you talk to her and she does not know how to talk to people at times. This is my fourth time coming here and each time it has been the same. I WILL NOT go back. I believe anytime anyone is working with or around clients, patients, and other people they have to serve that they should ALWAYS put forth their best and "YES" this means receptionist too! I also see a certain doctor (WHO WAS ONCE MY FAVORITE DOCTOR that I have been seeing for quite a few years before he transferred to Complete Primary Care) there which I am NOT pleased with ANYMORE. Anytime a person gets a higher position of any kind, PLEASE and I say PLEASE stay who you are and do not change whether you know it or not people can see the changes whether it is positive or negative. I can say so many more things about this, but I believe people will see it for themselves in time when they go there. My review is to NOT STOP people from coming here, but to be aware. PLUS when you have "STUDENT INTERNS" please do not let them make a final decision on your patients and you NEVER come into the room to see "recap" on the student intern and to make sure they did NOT miss anything. I have a condition that the doctor knew about and I did a walk in which they allow. I NEVER saw my doctor that day (but I did hear is voice), but I did see the intern student. When she came in, she introduced herself, but instead of talking to me about my condition, she went on to talk about she did NOT think that was the problem. That was soooo DISRESPECTFUL on ALL things and I am STILL heated about that. My life or any other life is in your hands and the doctors hand. When a patient is telling you what is wrong with them, you CANNOT ignore that and say that you do not believe that is the problem. This is MY body and I know how I Feel each and everyday. Then she tells me that she has the same condition I have, but hers is worser than mines so since mines was not out of range for that day that I should be ok. This is the reason why my doctor should of came in to check behind her. My doctor NEVER ONCE came in behind her to see how she did or to at least make sure she covered everything and this is the reason why HE LOST me as a PATIENT and including the rude and disrespectful receptionist lady at the front. My experience that day is the reason why when I see doctors, I always check behind them to make sure that everything is correct with me. Again, My review is to NOT STOP people from coming here, but to be aware."
