I have had a lot of hair troubles in the past and not walking out content and this was far from it. I am in awe of my hair two days later. Jen is amazing and i highly recommend! The studio itself was so clean and cute, and the rest of the staff was super friendly, kind, and considerate! Definitely will be going back!"

"I recently visited Fallon for a men's haircut, and I must say that the quality of the haircut itself was excellent. The stylist did a great job in understanding my preferences and delivering a haircut that suited me perfectly. However, I had an unfortunate customer service experience that left me disappointed. A day before my scheduled appointment, an unexpected last-minute job came up in my construction company, and I had to prioritize it. Unfortunately, this resulted in a no-show on my part, for which I take full responsibility. Shortly after, I received a call from Amanda, an employee at the salon, who informed me about the missed appointment. Amanda presented me with two options: either pay an additional 50% of the service cost or cancel my next appointment, which was only four hours away. Given the suddenness of the situation, I found these options to be quite inconvenient. I understand the importance of honoring appointments, but I believe that a more flexible and understanding approach could have been taken, especially considering the circumstances. Ultimately, I decided to cancel my next appointment, and it's regrettable that this incident has led me to seek another hairdresser. The quality of the haircut itself was commendable, and I would have gladly continued visiting Fallen if it weren't for this unsatisfactory customer service experience. If you're looking for a men's haircut, I would still recommend Fallon based on their skilled stylists and the results they deliver. However, it's important to note that their customer service might not be as accommodating or understanding when unforeseen circumstances arise."
