"I got the worst color of my life and I feel so terrible writing this but I was in the chair from 330 til they closed at 9. To end up with exactly what I said I didn't want several times. Chunky brassy highlights. I had asked for a specific cut & bangs and did not get those either. I did call the next day to get my bangs fixed but I cancelled the appointment because I was too scared to get chopped. And then all the other stylists basically talk up the color you just got saying 'ohhh I love it it.looks so good" uh no. Thehighlights already look grown out."

"Three dolled up sales girls standing around store but did not ask if I needed help. When I questioned one girl she pointed where my product should be- which it wasnt. Only one girl at the register who was taking forever with the only other customer in the store- the other girls couldn't have cashed me out? Very slow, poor, rude service. So glad Amazon usually has the product I bought there."
