"Two of my nails fell off, one within 5 days of the manicure and the other about 10 days after the manicure. They offered to fix it for free, which is good, but this shouldn’t be happening in the first place. I will say that the staff are very nice, but asking me to delete my review just because it isn’t “good” is wrong. Maybe ask me to edit it, yes, but delete it altogether no. People should be able to read honest reviews when deciding where to get their nails done. I am very picky about my nails so I will continue to go elsewhere. Lastly, I think that their prices are definitely higher than other places and they charge an extra fee for any credit card payment."
