"I think her name was Ally. I got the worst hair cut experience today Dec 27th 2:15 booking. She was very rough. Her attitude was not good. She blamed me for sensitive skin for asking her to be more gentle when she hurt my ear. When I told her to taper an area she said, "so you mean cut short" and I felt that my request was trivialized and not taken seriously. she didn't offer to wash my hair. she didn't ask or blow dry my hair at the end. She took off the apron and blew hair so it all over my shirt and pants and said "at least it wasn't someone else's hair." When i was visibly upset she said, "I don't know what that was" I am very unhappy about this hair cut experience and hope no one experiences this."

"Worst haircut of my life hands down. I just wanted it cut straight across and chin length. The guy cut it so uneven and then said ok. I said it’s super uneven and he looked and agreed and I said it’s also shorter than I wanted so please if u can’t fix it stop bc I don’t want it shorter. He then tried to cut the other side and back. Then said okay that’s better and it was still totally uneven. I told him and said maybe the other lady should finish it. I could see he was really embarrassed so I didn’t wig out and I even said I’m not trying to hurt your feelings. He said to the other lady “can u finish”? She comes and looks and asks what happened I tell her and she said yea it is really uneven and shows him. He went mute. She said I think we should leave it for now since u don’t want it shorter and it’s gana have to be cut shorter to fix it. I said it’s 5pm and you’re not going to fix it? I said I’m not paying for this. The guy was upset and I saw tears in his eyes and they agreed I wouldn’t need to pay. However I’m the one left with much shorter hair than I wanted and now have to cut even more of it off to even it out. So disappointed. When I asked him how long he’s been cutting hair he said “4 years”."
