"I always prefer small businesses as it's my background. A small hole in the wall that's packed is a good sign. Went in, booths and tables were full so I was the only patron at the counter so you couldn't miss me. Waited 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. They were extremely busy so I decided to give them an extra 5 minutes before leaving. Just as I started standing the cashier asked if I had been waited on yet. I told her no, I was just leaving but she apologized and took my order. I ordered a meat and 2 vegetable plate. It was served immediately COLD. Also noticed cashier immediately handling food after handling register with no gloves and didn't wash hands. Might give them a 2nd chance but will speak up if the food is cold. Not a great first time customer experience"
