"I stayed at this beautiful hotel and enjoyed breakfast here my last morning. I had blueberry pancakes .. huge and delicious, fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee. The view from the restaurant is beautiful. It was raining and so lovely overlooking the falls! Definitely make reservations!"

"Went to Between the Trees for Brunch for a family birthday meal. Fantastic in every way. Atmosphere (very cool, Colorado splendor), tasty food and great service. We were served by Kevin the Legend. He was highly rated in another review and as luck would have it, he took care of us. He was on top of all details and great conversation. All 3 meals in the pictures were very good."

"It was my birthday and I ordered seared scallops and they came back burnt and they tasted burnt. I requested a remake the waiter took my food away and BROUGHT IT BACK( UNSANITARY) just to state the kitchen declined and they were seared to standard and would only return me non seared scallops if I wanted. I cackled. WORST BIRTHDAY DINNER EVER’!! The steak cooked medium rare was perfection! The flavor was amazing on the Brussels and potatoes but I will not return. This place is a beautiful nightmare. I posted the two plates of scallops it’s clear mine were burnt!"

"We had a beautiful view of the falls in falls park and the sound of the waterfall makes it so peaceful and enjoyable, if you choose to sit outside. If they turned the music down or off outside and you only hear the waterfall it would be even more perfect. Corey was the most attentive waiter with a wealth of knowledge about the menu and wine list. The food was delicious and the portions were a good size for a nicer restaurant. It was a wonderful place to have my birthday dinner. We will definitely be back!"

"We ate brunch with a large party and were sat immediately. The server was friendly and took care of us until our bill was paid. I expected to see a larger brunch menu, but the choices were decent. The French toast was flavorful and wish it would have come with something else, like eggs or bacon. My husband got the chicken fried steak and said it was decent. The area of the restaurant we were in was very cold and it was difficult to eat with blowing cold air. The restaurant was beautiful and had lots of thoughtful details. We would consider coming back another time to see what a different experience would be like."
