"I went to color and wash my hair. They did do all that including not washing out the hair color properly which I did not notice until I got home. I walked with with my own color products. They charged me $70. My hair was brassy and not at all soft. They did not use the conditioner that came with the color product. I had only $80 on me which is all I had for the week. I gave him $5 tip only to have him tell me that that was not enough. Excuse me but that's all I can give for now. Count your blessings that I even patronize you and getting a lousy hair coloring experience. Besides, youre the owners of the business. When I got home. It was more noticeable that the color was not properly washed off. I had side burns color stains . I ran straight into the shower to wash and conditioned my hair as it should have been. They're not good when it comes to coloring. They're good for wash and blow dry only. Would I patronize them again. Nope.
