"Worst experience ever - ruined my hair. I wanted simple toning, a little darker than my shade is. First, they made it much lighter; second, it looks like it wasn't just a toner - it was a regular dye because it didn't wash away after a few months. Never happened anything like this before to my hair, it was always washing away after 3-4 weeks. And now I will have to dye my hair all the time because there is a clear difference between my root color and the rest of my hair. Also, the hair quality got worse, however, usually after toner it's much better. Don't recommend anyone this place if you want to stay happy with your hair."

I came in here with my hair totally damaged from a balayage done at a different place a few months ago and Lola worked her magic and completely transformed my hair. She did a gorgeous airtouch and gave me this beautiful pearl blonde finish. The rest of the personnel I met here were also quite polite and helpful, especially the young girl who assisted me in getting set up; she gave me some wonderful ideas on how to care for my hair at the beach and was extremely friendly.
