"This salon is so good girl name is rozina she did very good job and she is very helpful Hamble person very good place for eyebrow threading"
"Horrible! She screamed at me to fix her chair like if I broke it, it’s not problem it’s old and it leans back by itself. When she was threading my eyebrows she was harsh and super unprofessional while she also raised her voice and telling me “MOVE UP.” Also she didn’t even ask me if I wanted my eyebrows threaded or not. She just went for it. Overall 0/5!!"
"If I could give zero I would. It’s my FIRST Karva Chauth and I made an appointment two weeks ago for henna. I was told to come 6:30pm for my mother in law and I. When my mother in law gets there, she says the henna lady isn’t here she’s in Jersey and took 3-4 clients there. So I asked, what do I do now. She went OFF on my Mother in law and me about how is she supposed to answer that. So I asked can I have the number of the person who can answer that. She said no. Would not let me complete a sentence, and kept talking over me. Please don’t take advantage of South Asian people who happen to live in a neighborhood that isn’t surrounded by so many South Asian owned stores and restaurants. Its monopolizing. If that’s not illegal then it is absolutely immoral. The owners don’t give 2 cookies about their customers. Please don’t be in customer service, when the last thing you are concerned with, is your customer."
"Went with my mother and sister to get our eyebrows done. It has been 1.5 days and I just see all these little missed hairs on all of our eyebrows. On top of that my mom gets tinting. She’s an ash blonde so she tells them she wants a brown tint, as she doesn’t want it dark. They do the tint and they don’t even wash it all the way where she looks ridiculous like painted on eyebrows trying to send her home like that. She is near tears and the woman is trying to act like we don’t know what tinting is, as if we never did it before. The girl used black tint. They keep wiping to get it to a dark brown color but it still looks ridiculous. 50 dollars for shoddy work and rude people who try to tell you your eyebrows are done when they’re a completely different color then what was asked for. I keep asking what type of tint they used and they never showed me what they used on the brows. Just ignored and kept going amongst themselves in their language as they tried to fix it and convince us it was “good” and that we don’t know it properly. Never should’ve went here and will go back to my usual spot. May as well have gotten them tattooed."
