"My daughter went there to get a wash and blow out. They had two different girls working on her hair until she asked them to stop because it was looking different on each side. They finished the blow out and curl, however it looks horrible they left the top of her head completely flat and used so much cheap and nasty smelling poduct. When she got home, she was crying and she had to wash it out. She was also not accepted there as she didn't feel comfortable because she isn't Spanish. And it showed in the way the staff treated her. Waste of time and money. If I could give 0 stars, I would."

"I simply needed a wash and style. I walked in and got strange looks from the women working there (assuming it’s because my hair is pretty straight, which is different then what they usually work on). I got taken back for a wash and she must’ve shampooed my hair 4-5 times and didn’t use any conditioner. I also had to hold up a piece of plastic around my neck so that water didn’t run down my shirt. She starts blowdrying which I had no issue there, other than the fact that it took longer then it should’ve. She moves onto curling and did a few pieces and then asked if I wanted spray. I said yes because I needed the curls to hold and she sprayed each individual curl she curled. THEN, another woman with a completely came and started curling with a completely different shaped wand. I asked them to just use the one because they were coming out different. She finishes and it looks HORRENDOUS. the top of my head was completely flat, my curtain bands I asked her to curl to the side were curled like the rest of my hair, and when she was done she took a comb and brushed the top of my head pushing the curls down and making it even worse. I cannot even run my fingers through my hair, it smells horrible and was overpriced. Please save your money and go to another salon."

"I’ve been living in Staten Island for two years and it’s been hard finding a hair salon that could do my daughters hair. Her hair is very curly and very long but the lady was patient and very nice. Nice and happy environment, definitely coming again."

"I had a blow out and flat iron for long curly hair and they did a great job for an affordable price. It took almost 2 hours, though, because they did a thorough washing of my hair and a full scalp treatment. I am very happy with the result and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a blow out and hair straightening. I am so happy to have a go-to hair salon in Staten Island!"
