"Came here asking for ombre on my hair, the guy doing my hair Boris he clearly did not know what he was doing, he did not tease my hair when bleaching my hair for ombre, after bleaching my hair I saw some parts of my hair were not bleached at all, my hair was spotty and had different colors of blonde and was very porous. after I looked at my hair there was a straight line from blonde then to my natural hair, this was NOT ombre no parts were faded. I then told him I wanted to tone my hair a darker color because of the different colors on my hair, he charged me extra for toner but left it in for 10 minutes, he would even tell me "what's the point in doing ombre if you're not going to blonde" he told me my hair was dark enough to the color I wanted. After I paid WHICH I SHOULD'T HAVE DONE my hair dried and became YELLOW and ORANGE. then my hair stated to fall out in chunks and he would not take any responsibility for it. I even asked for a refund because he did not even meet any of my demands i requested but he would not refund after the sloppy job he did. i now have to walk with a hood over my head and pay extra to get my hair fixed. Don't come here! To add on they contacted me saying to take down my bad review and I HAD TO APOLOGIZE on Facebook to them then they would give me a refund. I said no."

"I would give it 0 stars if I could. I witnessed first hand what this place did to my friends hair. Super unprofessional and rude. No matter who the costumer is or how much they’re paying they should be treated with the same respect and professionalism. Aside from how he treated her, he’s work was horrendous. I don’t believe he’s even a professional; he probably saw a couple of YouTube videos and deemed himself a professional. He was rude, unprofessional and bad at his job. Period. Don’t not come here unless you have a couple hundred dollars to waste and don’t care about your hair. He’s a bad hairstylist and not a that good of a person."
