"I started the process for my lip neutralization in May with Sekoya. my initial session was the neutralization itself, then my follow-up(s) were the "blush"/ reaching the desired color of the lips. each session required between 4-8 weeks of healing/settling before rebooking and during consultation Sekoya advised id need about 3 sessions. from the start i loved her energy. she was so kind, genuine, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly - I felt welcome in the space. the spa is spotless, climate controlled, and there are blackout windows so there is no fishbowl effect; total privacy and no feeling of you being "watched" if it matters (to me it does lol). the overall process is meticulous and Sekoya takes her time and talks you through it whilst checking in. she provides an aftercare pack with instructions after your service which I think is hella thoughtful. the booking site itself is thorough and easy to navigate with no typos and there is also 90's/00's r&b playing throughout the spa as well which I love. I had been searching for a very specific thing for some time and im so happy i was able to find it with Sekoya!"

"I must say the customer service was on point from the minute I walked in the door. Staff was inviting and offered a beverage immediately after check-in. The decor and atmosphere were beautiful. My ombre eyebrows are everything. I can tell Sekoya is very experienced and skillful. She also provided a lot of education on after care and any necessary follow-ups. "Last week I had the most amazing experience at icandiebeautyco. Let’s start off how cute this place is and clean. The staff is very friendly and make you feel welcome. I had the pleasure of the owner Sekoya to do my microshading service. She was very informative and took her time ensuring I happy with my shape and thickness of my brows. The process was overall about 3 hours but the actual tattooing process was only about a little over an hour. She numb me throughout the entirety of the service so it was little to no discomfort.The biggest question I know that is ask is does it hurt ? I'm happy to say No. You may experience a little burning in certain areas but overall it painless .Sekoya is very light handed that I even dozed off a few times. Im currently going through the peeling process and it’s healing really well. Im beyond happy with my results so far and I would definitely recommend checking them out for your beauty services. Definitely giving this place 5 stars."
