"I went here to get a wash and set. First off she wanted to straight my curly hair after my wash but I told no I need rollers. She gave me the worst heat damaged. Idk if she has her license but worst place ever. My hair won’t stop falling out and this is my first time in 2 years straightening it."
"Simple trim. I asked for half an inch off of the bangs, and the barber took nearly an inch. He asked if I wanted to keep my facial hair, I said yes twice, and then he started to shave me. He stopped when I asked, but then he had to trim on the opposite side to even out the damage he had done. And he didn't do a good job of evening it out or any of the rest of the cut. To top it off, I told him I didn't want hairspray, only to have him finish the horrible cut by spraying me with it."
