"Went to see about a consult for my daughter's hair, natural, curly. Never heard of the place just happen to be walking by. The lady that came to the door had immediate attitude. "What do you want?" Is how she came out. We hesitantly responded that we wanted a consult for our daughter that was with us and she responded again with an attitude..."next time call" that was the final straw. We left. Will never return or recommend.first impression was awful. Cant speak for the quality of work but Not a professional establishment all."

"My friend told me about this place so I decide to go check it out and see if I like it. Strike 1 as soon as I walked in the women who works there gave me nasty attitudes all three of the ladies that was working in there. One approached me and said let me see your hair first because I had my hat on, okay no problem! So I asked do you specialized only in certain types of hair, she didn't answer, they start talking Spanish now, then the other lady comes over and say "you have to pay now" before we do your hair and the price goes by your hair type. They go back to talking Spanish and giving me dirty looks, so I'm like it don't matter how much it cost!! I didn't ask for a price I just said I want a wash and set... I pulls the money out of my bag like here okay... So they talking Spanish and touching my hair to c how long and my texture, talking in Spanish still and one of the ladies said (veinticinco) that's $25 in English that I do know. Please tell me was any of that at all necessary when you only have literally two customers sitting in your salon, you never treat nobody like that and make them uncomfortable entering your business, especially someone like myself who would actually support a business and a very loyal customer if I like the service I received. Not to mention I refer people if I am a satisfied customer! But they screwed that up first impression is always the best you never get a second chance at that!! If I didn't have to be at work early tomorrow I would have just went to another spot."
