"Every time I get my nails done here there’s always an issue with either them chipping or breaking prematurely. I constantly have to go back and have them fixed where I’m met with resistance and attitude from the owner. She constantly makes comments that I’m trying to deceive or defraud when in reality I’m trying to just get what I paid for and the services advertised. I only went back to them recently because I received a gift card for Christmas where I had to go back the very next day for chip nails. and two of my nails polish is completely chipped off and it’s barely even been two weeks. Horrible quality"

"There are a couple of people there with exquisite experience but then there are a few that leave me feeling like I overpaid for nothing. The main reason I'm taking off a star is bc they don't do much to keep your natural nail healthy. Otherwise, they really are great nail artists"
