"Tried this salon for the first time, lost all of my nails by the next day. The SNS nail powder came clean off the next day and I wasted $50 dollars on a service. Never coming back here again."

"First and last time. I came an hour before closing. They are friendly but not attentive and lack detail and cleanliness to the service they provide. I was concerned from the start. She was coughing and unmasked. The nail tech had one air pod on one ear and had her phone on the side. I caught her looking for seconds at a show or movie on her phone during the entire service. My nails did not come out so bad but uneven. My left thumb nail looks longer and bulkier than the other. She did not cut my cuticles. She just cut and buffed my nails and went straight to apply the nail extension. In the end I had my nails under the gel light. Then she goes to pick up garbage and clean up around the salon. I was sitting waiting for her to at least to finish and dust off my hands and lotion them as all other nail salons do. Her staff then comes over with the bill. I pay and all they say is goodbye. It was just not a pleasant experience."

"Terrible. I've been coming here for 15 years and I'll NEVER go back again. Everytime I get my nails done I end up cut because of improper filing. This women gives me attitude because I point out crooked or incomplete nails (which I have every right to do). I can just stay home and flush my money down the toilet instead it would save time and energy! These pictures were taken less then 48 hrs after leaving H Nails. Bumpy, uneven, undone, and tacky !
