"I gave 3 stars because of the following: 1. My make-up artist, Jennifer, was PHENOMENALLY excellent and made my daughter's day awesome, she felt beautiful; it was a gift for her. ***.....here'S THE PROBLEM:: *** 2. I had originally booked a makeup session WITH lashes, but unbeknownst to me, it was cancelled, I only found out after i was charged and looking at my online banking account. Glamsquad never contacted me, EVER. 3. then,Glamsquad REBOOKED it, but not with the same service... they had left out the added lashes. So when Jennifer had finished the job, she was charging me (rightly so) for lashes which I had assumed I had prepaid for in advance. 4. I tried calling Glamsquad to settle the confusion, but all I got was a recording, no voicemail, nothing. I was hung-up on because "no reps are available at this time," was the recording. ...I ended up getting Jennifer's number to settle the bill for a Monday since it was a Saturday morning and couldn't get in touch with a Glamsquad rep; very UNPROFESSIONAL. The actual invoice did not show up on my email and banking account until 2 hours after Jennifer left. ...ALL IN ALL, makeup artist was great, but customer service was not, including the process of."

"I enjoyed my first Glamsquad appointment, it was really fun! I had Nina do my hair and Cate do my makeup. Both ladies listened to my ideas and did my hair and makeup exactly how I pictured them each. They both hereon time, professional, and easy to speak to. I will def be using Glamsquad again in the future for events. It took the stress out of getting ready and they were truly artists and made my hair and makeup look 1000x better than I ever can.
